Enjoy this spacious, tastefully furnished 175m² villa, close enough to the sandy beach and the town. The guests return year after year for the casual comfort and convenience of this amazing villa.

This wonderful fully furnished and equipped villa is arranged over two levels, offering comfort for couples or families.

At the ground level one shall find a formal living room as well as an informal one of which one has a fireplace providing an amazing scenic and cosiness throughout.

The dining room is able to satisfy the appetite of up to 8 people, while the contemporary fully equipped kitchen is at ones disposal for the preparation of the tastiest meals. In terms of convenience there is also a storage room next to the kitchen. All rooms on this level offer access to vast verandas with panoramic views for your peace of mind.

Moving up to the first floor the three (3) bedrooms will sleep up to 5-6 people. There is a king room with double bed including an en-suite bathroom, a second bedroom with 2 single beds and the third bedroom with a semi-double bed. In addition are found at the same level, a bathroom with shower and another with bathtub and finally a walk in wardrobe. All bedrooms provide a plasma TV as well as air condition devices for cooling and heating.

The peaceful garden is a perfect sanctuary for morning coffee, afternoon reading, an evening dinner or endless dips in the swimming pool. It is also a great spot for children to play at the playground available.

Enjoy meal preparation at the external BBQ and spend time with friends over meals at the large garden area or the verandas, enjoying at the same time the amazing landscapes.

Location

A few minutes' drive from the popular holiday village of Kolymbari and just five minutes from the sandy beach and crystal clear blue water. Kolymbari is a working village and therefore amenities are open all year round, with a choice of mini-markets, baker, greengrocer, a lot of taverns next to the sea with fresh fish every time of the year and a medical centre offering 24hours medical treatment.

The luxurious villa is close to a very beautiful and quite village with amazing views of the sea of Kolymbari and mountains covered with snow on winter times. An ideal place for summer and winter can combine sandy beaches just 2km away (Kolympari, Nopigia and Ravdoucha). Falasarna beach that awarded the most beautiful and clean beach in Greece! Just 8km away and furthermore a perfect place for climbers and hackers just 200m from construction site. Life here is simple and quiet.

There is a small kafenio and a mini market that supplies bread as well and everything else someone needs is found in Kolymbari (2km away) any time of the year. In Kolymbari there are many taverns with fresh fish, a large super market, a bank, medical centre, bakery, post office e.tc Regular bus connections are there too.
